Computer software, Language processors, Operating systems, Utility Software.

UNIT-III

Micro computers, Evolution, Hardware and software.

UNIT-IV

Data base concepts, Relation data model creation and quering in Data Base using MSACCESS.

UNIT-V
MS-OFFICE(MS-WORD,MS-EXCEL)

MS-WORD:Familiary in WORD procssing under Windows, Enhancing documents appearance viewing pages and page     formatings managing and printing fiels; using bullets and paragraph numbers, search and replace features, customizing word.

MS-EXCEL:Worksheet basics Familiary with common features of Excel. Data entry in cells. Working with     workbooks.Selecting, Moving data in a worksheet. Using the interfaace-(Toll bars menus),cell referencing.

COST AND MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

UNIT-I

Nature and scope of cost accounting andManagement accounting, cost accounting vs. management accounting vs. financial     accounting.

UNIT-II

Basic accounting concept, Analysis of Balance sheet, income statement, Ratio analysis.

UNIT-III

Fund flow statements, Cash flow statements..

UNIT-IV

Element of cost, Meterial cost, Direct and indirect meterial, issue of meterials to production pricing methods, Labure cost,     direct and inidrect cost.

UNIT-V

Cost volume profit analysis: Assumptions, Breaak Even Analysis and Break chart.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

UNIT-I

Nature and scope of financial accounting functions,objectives, concepts.Double entry system-Roles of double entry book     keeping,Subsidiary book ledger,trial balance.

UNIT-II

Cash book, single colomn cash book , Double colomn and triple colomn cash book, petty cash book.

UNIT-III

Fills of exchange, Accomodation Bills, Discounting of Bills, Rectification of errors, Bank Reconcilation statement.

UNIT-IV

Preparation of final account, Manufacturing account, Trading account, Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, Tratement of     outstanding and pre-paid expenses,Meeethods of deprecition.

UNIT-V

Patnership account, Princeplle of patnership bussiness, Appropration and capital accounts, Admission; Retiretement death     resolution.

MANAGERIAL ECONOMICS

UNIT-I

Meaning of Managerial Economics: Diffetent between Business and Economic theory Profits : why are Profits nessary, Profit     maximization and optimization,Optimization of profit as alternatives .

Demand analysit: Meaning of Demand, Type of Demand , Law of Demand and elasticity of Demand.

Demand forcasting and selection of forcasting techniques.
